One thing I found as a busy mom who loves to make goals, and kind of loves being busy is that I need to rest more. I need to unplug and learn how to not overstimulate my brain with things like social media, and scrolling, and working too much.
In order to be a more present and patient mom taking intentional time to rest is crucial! being "ON" all the time can lead to burn out, overwhelm, and stress. We definitely don't got no time for that haha!
