Thank You For All of the Love and Support, But It’s Time for a Pause Because I’m Having Surgery

I'm taking a break for a bit because I have been diagnosed with Lipedema and I will be having my first Lipedema surgery. I will be back as soon as I'm able to after I have my surgery.

Step Into Your Power Daily is a daily podcast that hopes to inspire you by sharing quotes and affirmations that have inspired and motivated me as I continue on this journey called life.  Being someone that has struggled with my weight my entire life, once found myself weighing over 500 pounds, lost over 350 pounds, struggled with loose skin, been diagnosed with an eating disorder, and regaining weight, my hope is that we can all step into our own power with these daily reminders that I find motivating and inspiring.
