Cold calling and texting are the two most cost-effective methods of generating significant profits in real estate investing. However, both take consistency and daily effort to sustain a constant lead flow.
Online ads such as Google PPC is great for targeting highly motivated sellers but also costs $2,000-$3,000 a month to run.
