RENOUNCE - 1st Sunday in Lent

Kevin kicks off a new sermon series for Lent entitled, "Give it a Rest".  In this message, Kevin shows us how Jesus' confrontation with the devil in the wilderness is a roadmap for us to overcome temptation to give in to the voice of dissatisfaction rather than the loving voice of God.  We all have a calling in life to give ourselves to loving service.  The voice of temptation is meant to distract us from that calling.  We can learn to identify the voice of temptation and to renounce it just as Jesus did.
