Sara Bumgardner is a fine artist and co-founder of Well + Wander, wellness and adventure retreats for women in Bar Harbor, Maine.

Sara is a process driven mixed media artist that uses mindfulness practices and humble material materials in her work.

 

Her intention is to create awareness on the importance of being present, and connecting with our environment, ourselves, and each other.
