Whether you're referring to it as" That’s white people shit", or "I’m not crazy" or any other stigma related to mental health in our community... We've all heard a negative stigma towards mental health. This week Jaz and Julie are joined by some friends Anthony(@a_dunks) and Darius (@underneathparadise) of Dead The Silence(@deadthesilence). They discuss stigmas surrounding mental health, and ways we can each individually try to change the stigma regarding mental health. Just remember you can go to trap yoga, do crossfit, and drink wheatgrass shots all day, but if you are ignoring the things going on in your head... and in your heart, then you're still not truly healthy!
