A Celebration Of Disobedience

Scripture teaches us that the duty of a soldier of Heaven is to not get entangled in the civilian pursuits of this world (2 Timothy 2:4). So how does this Truth apply to something like the Fourth of July? Should we be celebrating something that violates the commands of our General?
