Meet TimberWorks Forest Management’s Nathan Waterfield

On this week, we'll talk to owner of TimberWorks Forest Management's Nathan Waterfield. I graduated with Nathan in 2004 from the NYS Ranger School in Wanakena, NY. Since then, Nathan (a.k.a. "Bucket") has gone on to compete both nationally & internationally in "TimberSports." Nathan is top-ranked at the "springboard chop."

Nathan now lives in Cherry Valley, Otsego County. His company--TimberWorks Forest Management--includes services such as forest management, logging, and custom sawmilling. Between family and competition, Nathan has managed to build his new home from lumber he sawed himself. We'll catch up with "Bucket" and see what his take is on making a living from the forest.
