Strudl Haus - Restaurant of the Week

It's been some time since we've checked in with the folks from The Strudl Haus so we made them our Restaurant of the Week. Because Chef Michael Leo is off in Austria we get to visit with Sous Chef and Kitchen Manager Jake Schneider. Who, before he started at The Strudl Haus knew...NOTHING...about the restaurant business. He's come a very long way in nearly two years with Chef Leo. Here is his story and more about our Restaurant of the Week.
