55. Energy Work in the Home and Business, Heal Childhood Trauma

Hey there Friends! 

I was feeling inspired to go over some of the basics of energy work, how it can be utilized by any one of you  and how I use it to work with people on a broader scale. Once you can open your eyes to the possibilities, you will no longer find yourself stuck in any situation. 

 

As an entrepreneur just like you, I had to overcome my fear of being seen in order to create a thriving business. I had no idea that this concern was leading to anxiety and the constant pull to compare my work to others.  But once I figured that out, I was able to release myself from those unwanted feelings and thrive as a Wife, Mom and Business Owner.

 

My name is Aubrey and I am an intuitive Coach and Healer. For the last 15 years, I have been working one-on-one with my clients to reach their ultimate potential. And I ran a photography business for the last 8 years as well. My combined work of being a Reiki Master, Subconscious Release Technique Practitioner and a creative entrepreneur has taught me so much about our thoughts impact every aspect of life and I want to share it all with you.  Because you know what, I’ve been there. But at some point, I stopped letting life happen to me, and I created the life that I knew I deserved all along.
