Weekend Update - Reiner’s Road to Nowhere 4/2

Luke Reiner, head of the WYDOT has a "Zero Emission Vehicle Strategy" to build electric charging stations in Wyoming.  But, there's a reason we don't already have them.  There's no need for them and they don't make any sense anyway.
