Episode 86 | The Year of Sober Curiosity w. Ade Ramos

In this episode, I invite my friend Ade back onto the show to reflect on the year of sobriety that we have both supported each other through. Last November, Ade came onto the show to talk about her sober curious journey and it inspired me to finally take the big leap and declare the year 2023 my year of sobriety. As we celebrate finishing off the year, we had so much to reflect on in how sobriety influences are life. We shared about our hardest moments, the awkwardness of dating and making new friends while sober and also, how important support is on this journey. We want this journey to be more about the curiosity of being sober and less about the rigidity and perfectionism that can sneak in with sobriety.
