Could it be not-quite-so-literal-but-still-literal-- the backbreaking labor involved in draining the mysterious flooding of Equinox Manor? Or perhaps it is misspelled-- perhaps we now face the psychic-al challenge of confronting the enemy who hates us more than any other being in the Empire...
