Change is inevitable. It is a fundamental aspect of life in the world around us. It is impossible to stop it, and even if we wanted to we would end up running away from growth and opportunity. The natural process of life requires aging. It requires environmental changes, and personal acceptance of our childhood and adolescence. In order to flow more easily through life, we have to accept and expect that natural events, personal choices or mindset shifts are going to provide that change is always there. In order to flow more easily through life, we have to accept and expect that natural events, personal choices or mindset shifts are going to provide that change is always there. We need to stop resisting change out of fear, excitement, or adaptability this goes for our personal lives, as well as our business lives.

At some moment in time, we will need to change. This can be overwhelming and spark fear deep inside. Today we focus on how to prepare for change, because its going to come! Let's clear up some limiting beliefs around change so that we can face it with clarity and decisiveness.

Burnout, creative blocks and imposter syndrome can come on almost unexpectedly. But do you ever ask yourself why? Or better yet, how can I prevent this from happening again?

My name is Aubrey Bahr and I am a Subconscious Release Technique Practitioner and photographer. I’ve been able to successfully dig into negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs so that my clients can release those negative thoughts and trapped emotions for good.
