65: boss can’t torpedo your day with this...

This is what it looks like when boss torpedoes our day:

 

• Boss emails that she needs you “to be a team player and volunteer” to cover more call shifts.
• You argue in your head– the schedule is already unfair with the senior men with stay-at-home wives already covering less call as-is. BTW, you’re right about all of this!
