Two months into his new position overseeing programming at HISTORY, Eli Lehrer sits down with Jimmy to talk through the various stops along his career path. Starting out as an assistant to high profile personalities George Stephanopoulos and Michael Ovitz, Eli would then move to the network side where he would grow to become one of the most seasoned executives in the unscripted game with stops at Vh1, Bravo, Lifetime, MTV2, MTV and now HISTORY.
