Precepting Diverse Learning Spaces: Part 1

In this episode of Precept Responsibly our hosts dive into the topic of precepting in diverse learning spaces with guests Jacinda Abdul-Mutakabbir (@JayCdoesID) and Kevin Astle (@kastle1). They discuss the importance of creating inclusive environments for learners and the role of preceptors in fostering diversity and equity. Jacinda and Kevin share their own experiences as educators and offer practical tips for preceptors to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students. Part 1 of this episode focuses on understanding the different backgrounds and experiences of our learners and how to create a safe space for them to learn.
