This Father’s Day weekend the Real Gospel spotlight is in the city of Nashville TN. Nashville is commonly known for country music and the T.V. show Nashville as well as the place where The Stellar Gospel Music Awards took place for many years. It should come as no surprise to many of us that great gospel music also hails from this city. Jeff Wilford is my guest as he talks about The Volunteer State Mass Choir and their new CD project “The Gospel of Tennessee” 

Jeff talks about the labor of love with this project, explains to us what the word “sticktoitness” means which is a word he created, and just how long does it take for a person to put together an independent project from idea to CD release?
