Get Yourself Together!

“For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.” This means that what someone says or does is not necessarily what they think in their heart. Therefore, we are a byproduct or a result of the thoughts we have been thinking. “Help yourself, don’t be shy!” is what I said, and they did just that.  Why would I say that, if I did not mean it?
