The cars sped by on the interstate and it reminded me of how fast life is. Life speeds by with a flow that can make some of us uncomfortable so we just go with the flow of traffic with no plan of exit. Others of us may take the exit too early and we end up lost, without direction. 

The good news is we can start being intentional today.  If we are intentional we can zoom right along with everyone else on the highway of life. 

Be intentional with everything you do.

Because if you don't control life, life will control you.
