Betsy Fischer-Junior College Instructor, Coordinator & Chairwoman

Betsy Fischer has spent the last four decades mastering the art of all things culinary and hospitality. She is currently the Chairwoman and Instructor of the Culinary Arts Department at the Santa Rosa Junior College, as well as the Coordinator of the Culinary Career Center. Betsy shares about her successes and some of the junctures that she's overcome and why it's important to her that her students understand that they have a support system willing and ready to help.
