Mid-Session 14 Apr 2021: ASX 200 climbs to fresh 13-month highs

The Aussie market is firmly higher around lunch with the ASX 200 lifting back above 7,000pts to new 13-month highs. IT and mining stocks are among the leading out-performers in the opening few hours of trade.
