A Dublin man who’s one of a handful of Irish people taking part in EU wide panel debates on Europe’s future, wants a four-day working week to be part of the final recommendations.
Eoin Stafford was selected to be on one of four European Citizens’ panels which are each made up of two hundred EU citizens.
The panels are part of the year-long Conference on the Future of Europe which is being organised by the European Parliament, Commission and Council. Its goal is to engage people across the EU in shaping Europe’s future.
This weekend the last panel debate is being held at Dublin Castle. It will make its final recommendations tomorrow (Sunday). Eoin Stafford explains what he wants out of it.
