In this Episode, we boldly step into the New Year with a Mantra and a plan of action, in which you embrace all that is possible; and all that is already on its way to you.  Find a comfortable place as you settle in; as you hold gratitude and as you embrace a NEW MANTRA; a new perspective; and a new vision for the upcoming year in your life.

 

TRUTH SERUM:  For wherever you are as you join me, let this new practice of setting mantras, ground you in the witnessing of your life right here, and right now. Perhaps you will close your eyes and allow yourself to take in the presence of this. Take a deep breath bringing it all of the way into your lungs. Anchor these feelings of presence in your body. What are you most grateful for in this moment?  One thing... one thing...

 

A-HA MOMENTS:  Say it aloud; let your ears hear your words. “Feel what your gratitude gives you.” Feel the abundance of this feeling throughout your being. Notice the feelings that arise with your gratitude.  Now to express your gratitude aloud with the words ‘Thank you’. Say this out loud, ‘thank you’ ‘thank you’ thank you’. Say ‘thank you’ for what you have just spoken.  Where within your body, do you feel your gratitude? Know that you are co-creating more of the same whenever you hold gratitude of something.

 

PRACTICAL WISDOM:  Sometimes my gratitude spoken aloud is for that for which is all-encompassing. (For example, to be thankful for my life as a whole).  At other times, my gratitude is more specific.   "Thank you for the sunshine, the fresh beautiful air that I may breathe; for what I love to do and for what brings me much joy each day." Sometimes your reflections of gratitude can be very precise. For example, "Thank you for this wonderful freshly roasted cup of coffee." or "Thank you for the wonderful day I had making cookies with my sister."

 

With yourself, grounded, centered, and present; I offer some words of wisdom to guide you in the upcoming year; to say ‘YES’ to more in your life; to more of what you want; to more inspiration and love, to more happiness; to laughter, to presence, and spontaneity. Say ‘YES’ to feeling so much joy and awe that tears run down your face.  Say ‘YES’ to your health and to what healthy eating feels like as fuel for your body.  Say ‘YES’ to finding the good in others, in speaking of others in ways that leave you feeling uplifted.  Say ‘YES’ to self-love, and to the personal growth that you have been waiting to do.  Now is the time.
