Market Close 24 Apr 20: ASX edges higher on Friday but suffers loss for the week

The Aussie market achieved something on Friday it hasn't done all week, closing higher by 25 points or 0.5%. It wasn't enough to avoid the first weekly decline in 5 weeks for the ASX 200.
