The Pal’s talk to DJ Crunch about being a solopreneur, music, neuro-oncology, and psychology.

Amir is a solopreneur, a post-graduate and a DJ. Originally from Tehran, Iran, Amir lives in Toronto, Canada. He earned a bachelors of arts from the International Academy of Design, a bachelors of science, and a master’s degree in neuro-oncology from the University of Toronto. Prior to completing his postgraduate studies, he successfully toured across Canada and US, performing as Crunch, his DJ alias. Most recently, Amir has founded Shoe Laundry, a brand for the environmentally-conscious shopper, launching in spring of 2020.
