To be a "being" leader or a "doing"leader is the question we all need to explore and answer.  In this opening episode we explore what a Being Leader is, how it differs from how we might thing a successful leader should be, and why thinking about how we want to show up, and the impact we want to have as a leader is important.  In coming episodes we shall delve into how we go about this,, and define how we want to be, step by step.
