Katherine Fan is a travel journalist (a writer and editor) with a background in personal finance education. Katherine started her Austin real estate investing journey in 2014 when she wanted to buy a starter home. She rented it out for more flexibility, one thing lead to another, and now she owns a fully renovated condo, a house, and a 4plex.
