Guided Reiki Chakra Practice

Hands in prayer, gassho meditation at heart.

Set the intention to open to reiki energy.  

In this moment setting aside ego and control, let yourself soften.  Feel where you connect to the earth beneath you and for this moment let yourself relax into the earths embrace.  Be held, as you release tension, release control and open to something greater… something Beyond the ordinary.

 

If you know symbol 3 you can trace or visualize it now joining the mantra or letting the sound wash over you Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen.  May this healing energy that moves through me transcend time, space and rationality.  

 

Symbol 2 Sei He Ki.  May this healing energy recalibrate the mental and emotional bodies, bringing me into fill alignment with my highest expression and deepest truth.

 

Symbol 1 Power I invite in the spiral power of the universe. I attune to the healing energy that is ever present inside of me an all around me. 

 

Breathe in joshin kokkyu ho.  Draw in golden light, gather in tandem point, exhale move through mouth, hands and feet.  Full body energetic rinse.  See self filling with golden light.  Feel yourself move into a space of infinite possibility, infinite potential to heal on every level.  

 

Allow this practice to become a full spiritual ceremony.  Allow yourself to soften to the grace of the divine.  Release control, release resistance, and for this moment trust in the perfect unfolding of the Divine plan. 

 

Hands to thighs.  Tuning in to muladhara chakra.  This is our foundation.  Feel into the feet and let them fill with golden light.  Know that the ground the divine lays out for your is steady and stable, even when you cannot see the next step.  Soften and trust.  Soften your body and strengthen your faith that in this moment, you are held and cared for. Feel that golden light moving up through the legs and into the bones of the pelvis.  Feel it light up the large intestine, and fill the bones of the spine, rib cage, arms, neck and head.  

 

Bring hands to the pelvic. Svadhisthana chakra, our centre for creative flow, pleasure and letting go.  Feel the golden light filling the bowl of the pelvic, bathing the reproductive organs, kidneys and bladder.  Feel it spill into the blood and move throughout your body pulsing with each heartbeat.  The blood is fortified.  The creative impulse is strengthened.  From the mysteries dark depths of the womb we are reborn in a vibrant golden orange glow.  Breathe in and trust. 

 

Bring hands to the belly.  Manipura chakra - our power center. This is our centre of power, purpose, will and mastery.  We welcome the golden light into this fiery centre of warmth and light.  We let it fill the belly and aid digestion.  We allow this light to bathe the organs of digestion - stomach, small and large intestine, pancreas and also the adrenals.  

 

We let this golden light soften the urge to war with external environment and we redirect our life energy in service of our divine purpose.  We let this light fuel our resolve, light our path forward and trust that the highest power is already within us and all around us.  We breathe vision into life, each day allowing our actions to breathe life into the world we want to create. 

 

Hands to heart - anahata chakra the unstruck chord.

 

Let your hands land here and simply breathe.  Feel the aliveness of the heartbeat.  Feel the breath.  Let your  mind land inside your body and rejoice at this life. This is our centre of expansion, balance, softness and unity. 

 

Invite this golden reiki light to fill the heart, lungs, thorax hands and arms.  Invite in a sense of love without condition.  A love that is only found through connecting to your Spirit.  A love that moves and inspires you beyond your normal limitations.  A love that defies logic and move mountains.  

 

Hands to throat - visuddha chakra.  Our centre of communication, truth, and soul vibration.  See this golden light fill the shoulders, neck, jaw and mouth.  May bring a hum to the exhales - then return breath to effortless rhythm as you feel for the vibration inside you, the vibration that is you - your soul essence stirring alive inside your bones.  

 

Return to this vibration state - your unique healing vibration.  Clear this centre for communication not only can we communicate to each other better, but we clear the channels of communication within.  Let your unique resonance become the dominant vibration within your being, allow it to recalibrate & entrain any cell, and part of you that has been swayed by the external, any part of you that has forgotten who you are.  Any part that needs to be reminded of the power of your spirit.  Allow a state of total coherence within your body, mind, energy and soul.  Coherence of divine will and personal will. Feel the golden light flood through you, as your whole system recalirbrates to your  unique Divine frequency.

 

Hands or awareness land on area of third eye, or simply any place they feel comfortable. Ajna chakra, our centre for clear seeing, intuition.  A centre of both perceive and commanding, as we cast our vision and co-create the reality we are moving towards.  Feel the golden light spread throughout the entire head and face.  Let it fill the eyes, space behind the eyes, space between the eyes.  

 

Let this golden light clear away anything that clouds our perception of reality.  Let us see clearly what is here, now.  Feel into your soul and come alive.  

 

Allow this light to make manifest your deepest prayer.  Cast your vision for the future.  As we work with ajna chakra we can USE our vision to shape our reality.  Through this chakra we exercise our co-creative nature and work alongside the Divine to usher in transformation and birthing something new… something miraculous.

 

So cast your vision and let yourself feel it in this moment.  Let this vision recalibrate your cells, as you invoke the emotional response to this vision… making it more real than anything else.

 

Finally sahasrara chakra - hands or awareness land on the crown.  The golden light fills the head and begins to spread beyond the physical borders of your skin.  Feel into the space above you and let this golden light guide you back to Source.  Come home to the Creative Power that is always with you, within you and all around you.  Remember your place as a holy being, an embodiment of one small spark of Divinity. 

 

This is a centre of knowing, understanding, transcendence and bliss.  We allow the golden light to flow in now through the top of the head, bathing the brain and central nervous system, feel it pour down the spine, flood throughout the entire body and stream out through the hands and feet - a river of continual replenishment and renewal.  You are always in this Divine stream of renewal and inspiration.  Let it wash through you and around you.  let you awareness feel for it. 

 

In this moment soften all resistance and let the river of God flow through you, restore you faith.

 

Feel the internal shift inside of you. Know that you are infinitely power because you are always connected to Source.  

 

When you are ready to rise, do so knowing that your prayers have been answered.  Hold on to that inner state of certainty, trust and renewal.
