I was so happy to welcome my friend Coach Chris Rodriguez back onto the podcast for this week's episode. With him being back and getting more time to talk, I was able to ask him questions that had stuck with me that I didn't get to ask in the first interview. A lot of that was around the church and responding to how toxic religion and spirituality have caused a lot of division between ourselves and our bodies.
