Author Bio:

Matt is a father, a leadership expert and “The Godfather of Talent Optimization”. He has 20+ years experience as a software product executive and consultant. After serving in the US Marine Corps, he was shocked to learn that most organizations underinvest in leadership development.

He’s now on a mission to teach leaders to liberate themselves from outdated

beliefs and practices. He holds an MBA, a Ph.D. in Psychology, and a Certificate of Management Excellence from Harvard Business School which may explain why his bride thinks he’s a huge nerd.
