Many of them were involved in the sex industry but some of them were just unfortunate enough to live in it's proximity. Though detectives connected a few of the cases early on, they had no leads as to who the perpetrator was and Bobby was picking up the pace. It was a grave error on his part to let Lisa McVey go. Her incredible ability to remain calm and remember details was his undoing.
