Nancy Dillingham Marks worked in technical fields for several years before transitioning to entrepreneurship. After learning a little bit about entrepreneurship through her husband's business, Nancy decided to start one of her own. Although the idea of doing something she didn't have a lot of experience with was intimidating, Nancy found the courage to move forward and open the Glass Arts Collective. Nancy not only told Marc her story, but also talked about how rewarding and fun her foray into entrepreneurship has been. Marc and Nancy also talk about creativity and how the freedom to be creative is an advantage of running your own business.
