In this episode Sasha chats with Kara Walker, Host of the Money & Mental Peace Podcast. Kara graduated from college debt-free, and is now on a quest to help other students do the same. She is a twenty-something Christian entrepreneur, amateur snowboarder, and recovering over-achiever. Kara enjoys goal-setting, budgeting, and living a debt-free lifestyle, and wants to help YOU do the same!

Kara shares about money baggage and how our own money mindset shows up in what we teach our kids about money. Kara talks about the importance of positive words towards money and how we can help raise financially literate kids. Kara provides many examples of positive word usage and encourages parents to ask their children powerful questions about money at even a young age. Kara digs into the things we can do with money (give, save, spend) and the importance of each.
