Lydia Michalitsianos is a hypnotist and Transformation Coach in the Falls Church area where she works with individuals who focus on high performance, including athletes, entrepreneurs, professional speakers, and other highly motivated professionals, in order to help them get out of their own way to achieving their goals, and living a life boldly and unapologetically. In the past, Lydia worked as a personal trainer and competing in amateur bodybuilding competitions, and now combines hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming, eye movement therapy, and many other healing techniques to create space for internal healing as well as external transformation for her clients.
