Introduced to poetry in her high school English class and activated to sing through her time in church, she brings a dynamic range of experience and influence into every song. During the conversation GLO shares her story of recently attending a 10-Day Silent Meditation Retreat during her birthday where she learned and practiced the Vipassana Technique. She explains what the technique consist of, the benefits and challenges she faced during the retreat, and how she felt returning home once it was completed.
