This week on Chris's Corner I am in Amsterdam speaking on a few topics of interest. Starting off with getting away from normal life allowing a fresh mindset to come back stronger and more grateful. Learning to stay consistent with your work, diet, and exercise when travelling abroad is also something that doesn't come naturally. But when something doesn't come easy then it it makes it that much more satisfying.This is why I started waking up at 5am to provide myself with more time and peace in the morning allowing a struggle to be turned into a positive outcome.
