As a Christian, you can be oppressed by a demon(s) but NOT possessed! Possession requires ownership. You must understand the effects of a wounded soul to grip this eye-opening reality! The enemy loves open doors. Therefore, desiring inner healing, deliverance, and understanding the pitfalls of spiritual warfare as a follower of Christ is vital. It's plastered all over the Bible for a reason, my friends! Remember: Ignorance is not bliss; people perish for lack of knowledge. (See Hosea 4:6).
