Mariquita Solis is an award-winning speaker, a Certified Vegan Lifestyle Coach & Educator (VLCE), a Certified Plant-Based Ambassador and a Feminine Empowerment Coach. 
She is the host of the weekly Empowered Vegans Livestream Show featuring leading experts in activism, whole food plant-based living, environmental issues and mental health and more. 

Mariquita spends her down time hiking with her rescue, chihuahua mix, Louie. She volunteers her time at Chattahoochee Nature Center as a docent, leading hikes and as an animal handler, giving presentations. She is a member of GARP, Georgia Animal Rights and Protection, and has been involved in demonstrations to educate others about fur, aquariums, circuses and other harmful causes.  Mariquita supports vegans in her one-on-one coaching programs. These are designed to help people move forward from the blocks that are stopping them from living in their power.
