Joan Chaisson is a retired teacher, autism consultant and the founder of AIM (Autism Involves Me). AIM was founded in 2013 in Port Aux Basques, Newfoundland Canada, where Joan resides.  AIM works with local businesses to train their staff to become autism aware and autism friendly.
