Emotions are so essential to our human experience and yet for many of us, we’re in a constant tug o’ war trying to manage and keep them under control. This week’s show is an perfect opportunity to reconstruct your idea of emotionalism, understand how you interrelate with your feelings, and learn how to validate their importance.
It’s so easy to push feelings to the back of your life, to go through your day-to-day, driving yourself so emotion doesn’t have an opportunity to surface and possibly interfere with your plans. Beyond that, there are certain emotions we don’t want anything to do with, and because we’re quite adept at shaping life to effectively avoid them, it further closes the doorway to fully BEING with ALL of life. The heart needs that constant replenishment of feeling, the ebb and flow between us and the world, and without it, we ‘dry up’ from the inside out.
Claim all that you feel! That’s the key to living inside of a rich and potent experiential sense of BEING in your own skin.
