EU calls on citizens to shape Europe’s future – O’Sullivan

A major EU-wide initiative to engage European citizens on shaping Europe’s future was officially launched today. The Conference on the Future of Europe kicked off at the European Parliament in Strasbourg.

The Conference will last for a year. Its aim is to harvest as many ideas as possible from people young and old across the EU on what kind of Europe they want to live in in the future.

Green MEP for Ireland South, Grace O’Sullivan says it will give people the chance to shape Europe’s future.
