Drew and Chris are joined by Ralph Serpe – Vice President of Development at Baltimore Community Foundatio.

Serpe leads efforts to increase lifetime and legacy charitable gifts with a focus on building support for Invest in Baltimore--BCF's strategic grantmaking and leadership activities. He also works closely with legal and financial advisors and their clients to plan charitable gifts.

He began his community foundation career with the Silicon Valley Community Foundation, he came to Baltimore from the Princeton Area Community Foundation, where he served as director of development and then executive vice-president.
