Sparks’ Notes - Jamie Roth, Western Illinois Regional Council

Sparks chats with Jamie Roth, the Public Relations Manager from the Western Illinois Regional Council (WIRC), about the organization, services they offer including energy assistance, scholarships, and their Victim Services department which offers free counseling and medical and legal advocacy for survivors of sexual and domestic abuse, as well as support for their loved ones. WIRC serves not just the citizens of McDonough County, but multiple surrounding communities including those in Hancock, Henderson,  Knox, and Warren counties.
