On June 7th 1992, the body of 18 year old Katie Rackliff was found in a street in Farnborough, England. This episode explores the shock the police faced when they linked the attack on Anne-Marie to the murder of Katie Rackliff and we discuss the chilling fact that Katie’s killer was just 12 years old.
