Desperately needed monies from the proposed EU Recovery Plan need to get to recipients as soon as possible.

Last week the European Commission proposed a massive seven hundred and fifty billion euro Covid recovery fund to help EU countries, regions and sectors deal with the economic fallout of the pandemic.
