Ep.37 - The Complexity of Seeing Healing Through the Lens of Social Media

This podcast episode the start of what I know is a big and complex topic and hopefully, one that will continue, even though I don’t believe there is one finite answer. In a world of opinion, various modalities to ‘heal’ and ways in which to self-develop, the online space can feel difficult to navigate…where does one start? There is of course no one-formula-fits-all but for us in a service based industry the answer isn’t in picking each others work apart. Do we need to simplify how we create content for ease of consumption? Possibly. Can we create a niche Yes. Will our work be for everyone? No. This podcast touches on humaness and how I believe the complexity of being human cannot possibly be explained through platforms such as Instagram. It’s up to us individually to take a stand for ourselves, trust ourselves and choose to take the online space as a dip of the toe into a world of complexity. I’d love to know what you think?
