Interview with Angelica Harris, Chief Executive Officer of Top Tutors For Us

Top Tutors For Us provides accessible, experienced test prep tutors resembling Black high-school students. Founded by Angelica Harris 10 months ago, it won the Skandalaris Venture Competition 2023, earning a $10K prize. Top Tutors assists predominantly Black organizations and school districts by offering resources for standardized testing. Angelica's own experience with the ACT inspired her to create the platform. Graduating from Washington University in St. Louis with three degrees, including a Master's in Computer Science, she achieved a 32 on the ACT, securing $1.5 million in scholarships and fulfilling her dreams."
