* US sharemarkets ended mixed in thin trade on Monday. Traders await a speech by the US Federal Reserve chair, Janet Yellen, on Tuesday and employment data on Friday. After trading up by 68 points at one stage and trading lower by 22 points in early trade, the Dow Jones ended higher by 20 points or 0.1%. The S&P 500 index rose by 0.1% while the Nasdaq fell by 7 points or 0.1%.
