Mid-Session 3 Oct 19: Market sell-off continues on global concerns

The difficult start to October has continued on Thursday with the ASX 200 falling more than 2% on increasing fears of a global economic slowdown. The declines have been widespread with roughly 90 per cent of the top 200 stocks in the red. Losses have been heaviest among financials, communications and energy.
